Q: What forms of payment do you accept and do you offer payment terms?
A: We accept credit cards and bank transfer. Orders that are prepaid using bank transfer receive a 2% discount on the price of the goods.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our offices are in Champaign, Illinois and our warehouse is in Monticello, IL.
Q: Can I purchase your products in person?
A: Our products are housed in a warehouse facility that is not permitted to sell on-site. For this reason, all orders must be placed online.
Q: I know what I want, how can I place an order?
A: To setup an account, click 'Become a Customer" in our navigation bar and fill out the contact form. Within one business day, you will receive an email invitation to create a login and password on our online ordering site.
Q: Why don't you carry certain Hario products?
A: Hario makes over 1,000 different items in categories ranging from coffee, tea, housewares, & laboratory glassware. We currently carry the best selling coffee & tea items. If there is a product you want that you don’t see in our catalog, let us know and we would be happy to let you know if we can get it for you. Please keep in mind that some Hario products are not available for sale in the US.
Q: Do you sell outside of the United States?
A: We sell anywhere in North America, but please be advised that if you are an international customer, you are responsible for all costs of importing the products into your country when we ship you the product.
